HKSU Entry Deadline: March 16, 2015
Additional Terms: Final decision on entries will be made based on the total number of entries for each category by ISU. HKSU skater(s) will be notified of acceptance or not by ISU no later than 20/03/2015.
Quota of Room and Board Expeses Covered by ISU and HKSU Selection Procedure:
Accepted entries will be partly financially supported by the International Skating Union /Organizing Committee. In case more candiates intend to be entered as additional athletes, all cost must be covered by the candiates themselves. The acceptance of entries will be subject to the consideration of the Organizing Committee, in close co-operation with the ISU Development Coordinator and the Figure Skating Technical Committee based on the total number of entries.
If there are more eligible HKSU members apply for participation than ISU accepted partly financial supported number of entries, HKSU will select the skater who can use the quota of ISU partly financial supported in accordance with HKSU Members Management Regulation chapter SIX, 3, (B), b).
If there are more than 1 eligible HKSU member apply for participation for this competition as coach, HKSU will select the coach who can use the quota of ISU covered room and board in accordance with: \”HKSU Registered Coach Level > Date of become highest level HKSU Registered Coach\”
