HKSU Members Management Regulation

Hong Kong Skating Union was founded in 1980 and officially registered as Hong Kong Skating Union Limited in 2003. Hong Kong Skating Union Limited and its members shall accept and comply with the rules and regulations set forth in both the Articles of Association and Members Management Regulations of the organization. Hong Kong Skating Union is a member of International Skating Union and Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. Thus, all the constitutions, regulations, rules, terms and anti-doping rules and procedures, are applicable to Hong Kong Skating Union Limited, its members and all parties concerned.

At the same time, Hong Kong Skating Union Limited shall accept any change or revision to the above mentioned rules and regulations made by International Skating Union and Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. Hong Kong Skating Union Limited is hereinafter referred to as “HKSU” or “the Association”, while the members of Hong Kong Skating Union Limited is hereinafter referred to as “Members” or “Members of HKSU”. International Skating Union is hereinafter referred to as “ISU”, whereas Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China is hereinafter referred to as “SF&OC” and Asian Skating Union is hereinafter referred to as “ASU’.

Unless otherwise specified, the following regulations shall apply to all Speed Skating, Short Track Speed Skating and Figure Skating. The Executive Committee of HKSU reserves all the rights to any change, revision and amendment, and the ultimate explanation rights of the Members Management Regulations.
