** The program fee is being subsidized by the Hong Kong Sport Institute (HKSI).  Should HKSI stop the subsidy the participants will be required to pay the original program fee of HKD6000 in full.

All skaters should strive to achieve at least 70% attendance of the total training time, otherwise skaters will have to pay the difference between the fees of the number of sessions take and that of the whole program.

Total Training Times:
A total of 6 sessions in which 2 hours each (Total 12 hours)

Use of Ice Rink:

The time period specified in the above schedule represents the actual time available to use the ice rink.  Festival Walk Glacier management allows 30 minutes for the arrival of guests and skaters at the rink premise prior to the actual commencement time of each session specified above.  All guests and skaters should depart from the rink premise within 30 minutes following the actual finishing time of the relevant session.

Eligibility:
Members of the Hong Kong Figure Skating National Team and Hong Kong Figure Skating Youth National Team

Maximum Number of Participants per Session:
․ Maximum 10 skaters
․ Not more than 6 skaters per coach
․ Not more than 5 coaches in the same session
․ Skater, with FS skill level 8 or above, is allowed to have self-practice in weekdays. Skater, with FS skill level 6 or above, is allowed to have self-practice in Saturdays.

Rule of the First Come First Serve will be adopted when more than the maximum number of eligible application is received.

Selection Criteria for Skaters:
1.National Team member > Youth National Team member > HKSU FS Technical Level > Date becoming National or Youth National Team member > Date passing the highest HKSU FS Technical Level
2. Full Term first

Coach:
Any HKSU registered coach

Appointment Criteria for Coaches:
Number of National Team members who appointed the coach > Number of Youth National Team members who appointed the coach
