Quota of Room and Board Expeses Covered by ISU and HKSU Selection Procedure:
- Hong Kong Skating Union has right to send 1 skater per category per gender plus 1 coach for the team to the ISU World Development Trophy 2014 Figure Skating and their Room and Board Experense will be covered by ISU (Air-tickets will be covered by the participant), if there are any additional entries from Hong Kong Skating Union to the ISUWDT-FS, all expenses will be covered by the participant.
- If there are more than 1 eligible HKSU member in each category&gender apply for participation for his competition as skater, HKSU will select the skater who can use the quota of ISU covered room and board in accordance with HKSU Members Management Regulation chapter SIX, 3, (B), b).
- If there are more than 1 eligible HKSU member apply for participation for this competition as coach, HKSU will select the coach who can use the quota of ISU covered room and board in accordance with: \”HKSU Registered Coach Level > Date of become highest level HKSU Registered Coach\”
Categories and required Mininum Technical Score (as ISU provided the mininum technical score for this competition, the mininum technical score listed in HKSU MMR, chapter SIX, 3, (B), a), ii is not valid for this competition)
- Junior Men: SP=18.00, FS=27.00;
- Junior Ladies: SP=12.00, FS=18.00;
- Basic Novice B Boys: FS=13.00;
- Basic Novice B Girls: FS=11.00;
- Basic Novice A Boys: FS=12.00;
- Basic Novice A Girls: FS=10.00.
Technical Scores are to be reached by athletes in season 2012/13 or 2013/14 at the events specified by Rule 107 ISU General Regulations, paragraphs 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, plus National Competitions. Athletes with lower results than specified above generally will not be accepted. However, the final decision will be made by ISU and be based on the total number of entries for each category.
