本會確定獲得2024冬季青年奧運短道速滑項目女子組參賽資格，中國香港滑冰聯盟設立遴選委員會選出有關代表人選。 本會本著公平公正的原則制定2024冬季青年奧運會的選拔方案，開放予合資格的運動員報名。在接收申請後，經由遴選委員會審議，最終確認通過陳倩凝獲取本會提名為2024冬季青年奧運會短道速滑項目女子組的代表。有關提名將正式提交至奧委會審核及通過以正式確認其中國香港代表資格。 2024冬季青年奧運會將在2024年1月19日至2月1日於韓國江原道舉行，當中各項短道速滑比賽項目會在2024年1月20-24日期間進行。   HKSU has confirmed the qualification to participate in the short track speed skating (Women) of the 2024 Winter Youth Olympic Games.
