Kindly be reminded to attend Hong Kong Skating Union Annual General Meeting 2017, which will be held at the Meeting Room No. 3-5, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 11:00 on Sunday, 17th December 2017. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, a proxy form should be submitted to the HKSU office by 11:00, 15th December 2017.

The HKSU Executive Committee has herewith the honor of inviting Members of the Hong Kong Skating Union to the Annual General Meeting 2017 of the Union, which will be held at the Meeting Room No. 3-5, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 11:00 on Sunday, 17th December 2017. 

 

Agenda:

  1. Adoption of the Minutes from the last Annual General Meeting
  2. Report by the Chairman
  3. Report by the Honorary Treasurer
  4. Adoption of the 2016/2017 Audit Report
  5. Appointing Auditors
  6. Transacting any other business

 

Any proposals should be submitted in original to the Hong Kong Skating Union Office on or before 15th November 2017 during the office hours (From Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 17:00).
