2018 Asian Junior Figure Skating Challenge – Hong Kong

You are cordially invited to participate in Asian Junior Figure Skating Challenge – Hong Kong which will take place from October 2 – 4, 2018 in Hong Kong at Festival Walk Glacier, Hong Kong.
We are pleased to enclosed herewith the announcement and the necessary forms of Asian Junior Figure Skating Challenge – Hong Kong.
Please pay attention to the following:
1) Passport Copy must be sent to us by replying email.
2) Please fill in the forms by computer and make sure the information are correct as any amendment may cause extra fee.
3) Amendment of any information (including Planned Program Content) of the entry after the deadline will be charged. Details please refer to the announcement.
4) Late payment will be treated as withdrawal from the competition.
5) To nominate judges, please note that each judge need to fill in the attached form ID990A with passport copy and one photo. Please send us the signed original copy before August 15, 2018 so that we have enough time to apply the visa for you.
6) Application deadline: 22 August 2018
7) Hotel booking deadline: 15 August 2018
8) Entry fee and hotel booking payment deadline: 29 August 2018
