2025中國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽將於本年度7月至8月於國內舉辦，是次聯賽共分五個賽區進行比賽。中國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽正式開始接受報名。
一、報名資格：所有HKSU有效會員；
二、報名組別：詳情請參照《2025中國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽競賽規程》； 分站詳情
三、報名方法：
（Ａ）網上報名： https://forms.gle/B5QJYc5gLPWA8CNY8
或
（Ｂ）填妥附件中的 (1)報名表格HKSU Entry Form、 (2) Music and PPC Form連同 (3)個人近照、 (4) 音樂MP3檔、 (5)轉帳紀錄 電郵至event@hksu.org；
四、報名截止日期：11/06/2025 , 14:00 (六月十一日下午兩點)
五、報名費：200HKD/每站/每個組別
六、資助：本會只收取200HKD/每站/每個組別，餘下金額由康文署資助，不設其他資助。
