The HKSU Executive Committee has herewith the honor of inviting Members of the Hong Kong Skating Union to the Annual General Meeting 2020 of the Union, which will be held at the Meeting Room No. 3-5, 1/F, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 10:00 on Saturday, 19th December 2020.
Agenda:
1. Adoption of the Minutes from the last Annual General Meeting
2. Report by the Chairperson
3. Report by the Honorary Treasurer
4. Adoption of the 2019/2020 Audit Report
5. Appointing Auditors
6. Transacting any other business
Any proposals should be submitted in original to the Hong Kong Skating Union Office on or before 13th November 2020 during the office hours (From Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 17:00).

Remark: In accordance with Chapter 599G of the Laws of Hong Kong, if the meeting must be held within a specified period in order to comply with any Ordinance, such as the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) which requires the AGM to be held within a specified period, generally speaking, it would be exempted from prohibition on group gathering.
HKSU will take preventive and control measures at the meeting in accordance with laws requirements, such as temperature inspection of visitors, requiring visitors to wear masks and arranging separated seat.
