根據CFSA 2025/2026賽季賽事計劃，擬於2025年12月8日至14日在吉林市舉辦2025/2026賽季全國花樣滑冰少年錦標賽、2025/2025賽季全國花樣滑冰青年錦標賽。現將報名及相關事宜通知如下： 一、比賽時間及地點 （一）擬定比賽時間 少年錦標賽：12月8日-11日 青年錦標賽：12月12日-14日 （二）比賽地點 吉林市冰上運動中心（吉林省吉林市豐滿區東山街388號） 二、競賽組別及相關要求 (請留意規程內標明的技術要求部份) 詳見《2025/2026年賽季全國花樣滑冰少年錦標賽競賽規程》。 詳見《2025/2026年賽季全國花樣滑冰青年錦標賽競賽規程》。 HKSU Entry Form PPC and Music Form 三、賽事報名 （一）報名時間(HKSU截止日期時間) 2025年11月12日晚上11點59分 （二）報名流程 報名方法：填妥附件中的 (1)報名表格HKSU entry form (請清楚列明所參與的組別，如同時報名少年錦標賽及青年錦標賽，請每個組別提交一份表格)、(2)Music and PPC form連同 (3)個人近照、(4)音樂MP3檔電郵至fs@hksu.org； 提交制證所需一寸證件照電子照片（照片命名：姓名+身份類型，包括運動員及隨同教練）； 提交運動員展示照片(背景乾淨、畫質高清），用於比賽大屏展示、秩序冊製作以及媒體宣傳等； 備註： 全國花樣滑冰少年錦標賽內高級少年組、中級少年組及低級少年組只可選擇報名一組。而全國花樣滑冰少年錦標賽和全國花樣滑冰青年錦標賽可同時報名參加。如欲同時報名少年錦標賽及青年錦標賽，請分別填寫兩份報名表。 各參賽單位負本隊伍賽事安全、賽風賽紀及反興奮劑主體責任，各參賽隊領隊負總責。參賽者本人為反興奮劑工作第一責任人。 參賽者須充分瞭解自我身體狀況允許參賽，並自行購買賽期內有效的意外保險，報到時提供證明材料。 參賽者提供的比賽音樂應確認不存在音樂版權侵權問題，如有出現，侵權責任由參賽者本人承擔。 花樣滑冰協會有權對賽事參與者進行拍攝，且有權自行或授權協力廠商無償使用在賽事中形成的包含參與者肖像、姓名、聲音等的圖片、視頻等視聽資料，用於推廣花樣滑冰運動。 申請退賽的運動員不得賽期內參加其他賽事或活動。無故棄權將予以警告，當賽季累計警告超過2 次的單位或個人， 所屬單位當賽季參賽名額將受限制；個人當賽季報名參賽次數將受限制。 如有任何問題或查詢，歡迎致電2577-8010或電郵至fs@hksu.org與本會職員聯絡。
