The HKSU Executive Committee has herewith the honor of inviting Members of the Hong Kong Skating Union to the Annual General Meeting 2016 of the Union, which will be held at the Meeting Room No. 1-6, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 11:00 on Saturday, 3rd December 2016.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, a proxy form should be submitted to the HKSU office not less than forty eight hours before the meeting, i.e. at or before 11:00 am, 1st December 2016.
