The HKSU Executive Committee has herewith the honor of inviting Members of the Hong Kong Skating Union to the Annual General Meeting 2018 of the Union, which will be held at the Meeting Room No. 3-7, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong at 15:00 on Sunday, 23^th December 2018.

Adoption of the Minutes from the last Annual General Meeting
Report by the Chairman
Report by the Honorary Treasurer
Adoption of the 2017/2018 Audit Report
Appointing Auditors
Election of Executive Committee Members
Transacting any other business

Any proposals including the nomination of Executive Committee Members should be submitted in original to the Hong Kong Skating Union Office on or before 12^th November 2018 during the office hours (From Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 17:00).
