Remark:

1. This submitted order is for HKSU counting the number of orders. It Is not official submitted order. 此表格是為本會收集紀念手錶訂購數量之用途，非正式訂購。
2. HKSU will count the order number after deadline and notify members who have submitted order whether their order accepted and payment method. 本會會在截止日期後統計數量，並另行通知已提交訂購申請的會員是否成功訂購及繳交費用方式。
3. Please do not transfer any fee to HKSU bank account before receiving notification from HKSU that your order has been accepted. 請勿在未收到本會通知訂單受理前自行轉賬任何費用至本會銀行賬戶。
4. The Souvenir watch is for gifting purposes only,  not for resale or any other commercial engagements. 紀念手錶僅供紀念用途，不得轉售或用於任何其他商業用途。
5. The order cannot be cancelled after submitted application. If you would like to cancelled order, you also need to transfer the price of watch to HKSU. 訂單一經提交將無法取消。如果您取消訂單，仍需要繳交手錶費給本會。
