Considering the current pandemic of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), to avoid crowds and reduce the risk of infection, the Executive Committee of the HKSU had approved that the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be conducted by Online Video Conference.
The HKSU Executive Committee has herewith the honor of inviting Members of the Hong Kong Skating Union to the Annual General Meeting 2021 of the Union, which will be conducted in the form of Online Video Conference at 10:00 on Saturday, 18th December, 2021. Representatives of HKSU will host the Conference in HKSU’s office at the Room 1023, 1/F., Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Agenda:
1. Adoption of the Minutes from the last Annual General Meeting
2. Report by the Chairperson
3. Report by the Honorary Treasurer
4. Adoption of the 2020/2021 Audit Report (The hard copy report is available at the HKSU office for perusal)
5. Appointing Auditors and authorizing the Committee to fix the remuneration of the Auditor
6. Proposals
Special Resolution – Alteration of Company’s Objects and Articles
7. Transacting any other business

If you are unable to participate in the meeting in person, a proxy form attached in the notice email should be submitted to the HKSU office no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting, i.e., at or before 10:00, 16th December 2021.
