『2026中國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽』將於本年度7月至8月於國內舉辦，是次聯賽共分五個賽區進行比賽。中國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽正式開始接受報名。

一、報名資格：所有本年度成功在中國花樣滑冰協會注冊以本會名義參加俱樂部聯賽之HKSU有效會員(26年4月已完成運動員注冊)；
二、報名組別：詳情請參照《2026國花樣滑冰俱樂部聯賽競賽規程》；
三、報名方法：
（Ａ）網上報名： https://forms.gle/HAsaXUUhTJnXKw4C9
或
（Ｂ）填妥附件中的 (1) HKSUEntryForm_p1 only、 (2) Music and PPC form 同 (3)個人近照、 (4) 音樂MP3檔、 (5)轉帳紀錄 回覆至此電郵；
四、HKSU報名截止日期：11/06/2026 , 17:00 (六月十一日星期四下午五點)
五、行政費：200HKD/每站/每個組別
(The administrative fee will not be refunded for any reason without cancellation.)
六、資助：本會只收取200HKD/每站/每個組別，餘下金額由康文署資助，不設其他資助。
*所有賽事報名一經遞交，即代表參賽者清楚了解及同意所有比賽章程之內容，並會嚴格遵守*
Once the registration for the competition is submitted, it means that the participants clearly understand and agree to all the content of the competition regulations, and will strictly abide by it.
