2026米蘭冬奧(短道速滑)選拔方案 Selection Mechanism for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games
<2026冬季奧林匹克運動會，將於2026 年 2 月 6 日至 22 日在義大利米蘭和科爾蒂納丹佩佐舉辦。中國香港成功取得短道速滑(男子1000米及1500米)入圍意大利2026冬奧的資格。為選出最合適的運動員代表港隊出戰冬奧，本會制定選拔方案，合乎以下條件的（男）可向本會申請：
The 2026 Winter Olympic Games will be held in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, from February 6 to 22, 2026. Hong Kong, China has successfully qualified for short track speed skating (men’s 1000 meters and 1500 meters) at the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics. To select the most suitable athletes to represent the Hong Kong team, HKSU has established a selection mechanism, and male applicants must meet the following criteria:
1、申請者必須持有有效中國香港特區護照 ；Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport.
2、申請者必須為2008年7月1日前出生；Applicants must be born before July 1, 2008.
3、依照國際滑聯2025年2717通告，申請者必須於2023年7月1日後達到參賽意大利2026冬奧短道速滑的要求時間
– 男子500米 45秒04；
According to the ISU Communication No. 2717 in 2025, applicants must achieve the qualifying time for short track speed skating at the Italy 2026 Winter Olympics after July 1, 2023:
- Men’s 500 meters: 45.04 seconds.
4、按國際滑聯要求的達標時間較快者排名第一有優先參賽權，第二、三名為替補參賽者；The athlete with the fastest qualifying time according to ISU requirements will be given the priority to compete, while the second and third-ranked athletes will serve as alternates.
5、如優先參賽者放棄或其他因素無法參賽，則有下一位遞增參賽。If the priority athlete withdraws or is unable to compete for any other reasons, the next athlete in line will be eligible to participate.
申請日期：2025年12月30日至2026年1月1日下午4時正。
Application dates: December 30, 2025, to January 1, 2026, by 4:00 PM.

2026冬季奧林匹克運動會，將於2026 年 2 月 6 日至 22 日在義大利米蘭和科爾蒂納丹佩佐舉辦。中國香港在短道速滑(女子1500米)在意大利2026冬奧暫時為後補名額，預計將在2026年1月中旬確認資格。為選出最合適的運動員代表港隊出戰冬奧，本會制定選拔方案，合乎以下條件的（女）可向本會申請：
The 2026 Winter Olympic Games will be held in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, from February 6 to 22, 2026. Hong Kong, China currently has a reserve spot in short track speed skating (women’s 1500 meters) for the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics, with qualification expected to be confirmed in mid-January 2026. To select the most suitable athletes to represent the Hong Kong team, the association has established a selection plan, and female applicants must meet the following criteria to apply:
1、申請者必須持有有效中國香港特區護照；Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport.
2、申請者必須為2008年7月1日前出生；Applicants must be born before July 1, 2008.
3、依照國際滑聯2025年2717公告，申請者必須於2023年7月1日後參賽意大利2026冬奧短道速滑的要求時間
– 女子500米 47秒21；
According to the ISU Communication No. 2717 in 2025, applicants must achieve the qualifying time for short track speed skating at the Italy 2026 Winter Olympics after July 1, 2023:
– Women’s 500 meters: 47.21 seconds.

2026米蘭冬奧(短道速滑)選拔申訴機制
Appeal Mechanisms of Selection for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games
本會已制定2026米蘭冬奧(短道速滑)選拔方案(詳閱-2026米蘭冬奧(短道速滑)選拔方案)，為保障有關運動員之權利本會同時制定以下之申訴機制，讓有合理理由的運動員對在是次遴選結果有異議時，可根據此『2026米蘭冬奧(短道速滑)選拔申訴程序』向本會提出上訴要求，以便本會之上訴委員會進行聆訊。
HKSU has formulated a Selection Mechanism for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games (read for details – The Selection Mechanism for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games). To protect the rights of relevant athletes, HKSU has also developed the following appeal mechanism to allow athletes with reasonable reasons to lodge complaints if there are any objections on the selection result. The Athletes can submit an appeal request to HKSU according to this “Appeal Mechanisms of Selection for 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games ” for hearing by HKSU’s Appeal Committee.
程序如下：
The Mechanism is as follows:
1) 運動員需於公佈名單後48小時內向協會提交書面上訴。有關上訴理據必須連同上訴信件交付或電郵至協會；
Athletes must submit a written appeal to HKSU within 48 hours after the selection result announced. The grounds for appeal must be delivered or emailed to the Association together with the appeal letter;
2) 在接獲上訴書後，協會主席將委任至少三名成員組成上訴委員會(不包括參與是次遴選之遴選委員會成員)，並在上訴委員會組成後七個工作天內召開聆訊，處理有關之上訴事宜。聆訊結果將於聆訊後三個工作天內以書面回覆上訴人，一經判決，即為最後之判決。
After receiving the appeal, the HKSU’s Chairman will appoint at least three members to form an Appeal Committee (excluding the members of the selection committee who participated in this selection), a hearing for relevant appeal will be held within seven working days after the Appeal Committee formed. The result of the hearing will be reply to the appellant in writing within three working days after the hearing. Once the decision is made, it will be final.
