本會謹此宣布：本會名譽會長韋基舜先生（SBS）於西曆二零二六年二月八日辭世。 韋基舜先生是中國香港體育界的重要人物，一生熱愛體育，長期服務社會，歷任多項公職，並在多個體育總會擔任重要職務，積極推動本地體育發展。韋先生以無私奉獻與開拓精神，對中國香港體育的發展作出重大貢獻，其風範與事蹟在體育界及社會各界留下了深刻的影響和回憶。 畢生致力推動中國香港體育的韋基舜先生將被永遠銘記，其逝世是本港體育界的重大損失。中國香港滑冰聯盟同仁深感痛惜，並在此向韋先生的家屬致以最深切的慰問與哀悼，願韋先生安息。   中國香港滑冰聯盟謹啟 二零二六年二月十二日
