Hong Kong China Skating Union (HKSU) was founded in 1980. HKSU and its members shall accept and comply with the rules and regulations outlined in both the Articles of Association and Members Management Regulations of the organization. Hong Kong China Skating Union is a member of the International Skating Union and the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. Thus, all the constitutions, regulations, rules, terms and anti-doping rules and procedures, are applicable to Hong Kong China Skating Union Limited, its members and all parties concerned.

Unless otherwise specified, the following regulations shall apply to all Speed Skating, Short Track Speed Skating and Figure Skating. The Executive Committee of HKSU reserves all the rights to any change, revision, and amendment, and the ultimate explanation rights of the Members Management Regulations.

***The change of association name was approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting on 25 March 2023, and further approved by the Company Registry. The Association’s names “香港滑冰聯盟有限公司” and “Hong Kong Skating Union Limited” shall changed to “中國香港滑冰聯盟有限公司” and “Hong Kong China Skating Union Limited” respectively.
