Become Our Member

To Apply HKSU Member:

  • Before applying to become our member, please review our Articles of association and member management regulation to understand the membership qualifications, rights, and code of conduct.
  • To fill in and submit the application form to the HKSU office by hand, email or mail.
  • Attach with HKID copy, passport copy, crossed cheque/proof of payment  and one ID photo

Application procedures

All membership applications will be submitted to the Executive Committee for approval within one month after confirming receipt of the required documents and fees.

After the membership qualification is approved, an email notification will be sent to the applicant within one month. Individuals whose membership applications are not approved may retrieve their application form along with relevant information and cheque within two months, or arrange for a refund; otherwise, the relevant information will be immediately destroyed. 

If there are any objections to the application results, inquiries or appeals can be made to HKSU in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Member Management Regulations – ‘Member Complaints and Appeal Procedures.

Membership renewal

HKSUThe relevant fees for membership renewal, referees, other event officials, and coach registration renewals must be submitted by bank transfer, crossed cheque, email, mail, or in person to Room 1023, Olympic Building, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, by the end of May each year. The date of payment or postmark will serve as proof. If personal information has not been updated, no forms or documents are required for renewal or registration renewal. If renewal or registration fees are paid after the deadline, an additional administrative fee must be paid. The administrative fee is 20% of the fee or a minimum of HKD 200, with a maximum of HKD 3,000. HKSU reserves the right to refuse all late payment applications for membership renewal or registration.
